Win a Pin Contest
During the month of May we will be giving away a pin each week to a lucky winner.
How it works
- Must be a QMS client, if not call Michel Martel at 514-932-5173 to set up an account.
- Each week during the month of May you have a chance to win a beautiful 14k gold pin.
- Simply fill in an order number for each day* of the week on the entry form and fax your entry to 514-932-8520 or email it to Michel@qms-mtl.com.
Entries must be submitted before 2pm each Monday for the previous week to qualify for the draw at 4pm.
Conditions
Only Regular – Rush – Direct service orders qualify. No Sameday, Overnight or Intercity allowed.
*Day – You may only enter one order for the day. If you placed no order on a particular day, there will be no entry that day. |
